Diana Najera commented 2012-08-16 12:53:55 -0700I came into the country without inspection, I was only a year old. I don’t have any proof to show my immigration status… what should I do about that? & I’ve never worked before, I don’t know what to put down on the I-765W form. Do I leave it blank?

Galorah Kesh commented 2012-08-16 12:32:13 -0700If you entered the United States undocumented, without inspection of an immigration officer, you will not have to submit an I-94. If you entered the United States with a visa and it expired, you must submit your I-94 that is attached to your passport and/or visa.

Ricardo Arias commented 2012-08-16 11:09:15 -0700Do we have to file I-94 form too as stated in the instructions for I-765? I haven’t heard anyone talk about I-94. It’s an arrival-departure form that I believe is only for those with a visa, but it doesn’t specify on the instructions on filling out I-765.
