Back by popular demand, Ruben Amavizca-Murua’s play, The Women of Juarez, is opening tomorrow, October 14th at the Frida Kahlo Theater in Los Angeles. In its 9th year and over 300 performances, this important play about the continued genocide of women in the border city of Ciudad Juarez continues to be a topical and significant issue that still affects the Juarez and Borderland community. The play will be running until October 23, 2011 and starts at 8pm on.
