Hello I was here in 2007, until I had to leave the country under a voluntary departure alongside my mother. I left in september of 2010 and returned in August of 2011. I am in the 11th grade and would seriously like to have authorization to work, since I dont exactly know how I would get by after High School. Would I still be eligible for DACA even though I was 11 months absent?

My evidence except for June 2007 till June 2008. I have no evidence for that what so ever is there anything I can do so that I’m able to submit my paperwork or will that prevent me from being approved

On July 11 2013 i went for my biometrics. Since then i havent receive anything. I went to see my lawyer to ask her why is it taking so long. It turns out she doesn’t work there no more. The people that stayed there say they don’t know where she moved. I went to another attorney this lady asked me if i had a criminal record i told her. That i was stoped by the police in 07 for no license. Therefore she said that i wasn’t eligible. But yet i have friends who have been in jail for mayor crimes and they got there permits and what not. Friends with DUI. I need help should i hire another attorney?? Should i turn in another application?

im starting my application, and i have most of the proofs the only thing i dont have is proofs for june 2007 to prove the constant living of five years i only have one bank stament from dec 2007 when the account was opened. all my document were lost due to a fire that burned down my house is there any way that can be used if its proved that i dont have all my documents because of that.. please help

i applied on april 16 2013 and did my biometrics on may…since then my application is still under initial review

ive called various times and still no answer or decision on my case!!
