The story behind this is more complex than a man vs. women sort of argument and definitely more horrible. Criminals (that means criminals+ local, state and federal authorities) got together to violate every law and every women in town, they charged “taxes” for every kid attending school, for every kilo of tortillas, for every item sold at the store, they killed entire families who complained about the situation, among other vicious acts. One of the victims said that they knock on his door and got his wife, and told him to shower his daughter because after fucking mom they were going to fuck his daughter too. This kind of violence enraged the entire community so they organized themselves, man and women, and kicked out all institution from town and the criminals too. This is an ongoing struggle. Last week the PRI sent the army, they unarmed and put in jail the community police then left town at the mercy of the criminals. At this point women took up arms. Yesterday, families went to Morelia to demand the release of their community members, the bus was attacked and set on fire. It can give an idea of what’s really going on in México. And by the way this is not the only community that has been forced to take up arms. #MéxicoNoTienePresidente
