-Forms I-765, I-765WS, I-821D are completed
-Copies of high School transcript from 2005-2009 and high school diploma
-Copy of Elementary School Diploma (June 3, 2005)
-Copy of Matricula Photo I.D., and birth certificate with an official translation stapled in front of it
-Unofficial college transcript from Fall 2009 to Present
-Throwing in, probably unnecessary, a copy of state testing results from second grade (March 1999) and Vaccination information from 5th grade (January 15, 2002)
-I am waiting for an academic adviser to write a letter to specifically state I was present in the US on June 15, 2012 since I did summer school just recently and I have no bills on my name to prove this requirement otherwise.
-Once I have the letter from the adviser, or maybe before, I will get a money order of $465 paid to the name of the US Department of Homeland Security and make a copy for myself before mailing it.
Am I set? Thank you in advance.Get Your FAQ on Deferred Action Answered!
