We have lost so many of our Constitutional Rights it is not surprising that states are now violating the rights of those whom government exists to serve and protect. Enough, however, is already far more than enough, It is long past time that citizens demand to exercise their right to move around freely and not be stopped because someone THINKS it possible they may be illegal residents or illegally domiciled within any state’s borders. Arizona’s law making driving while brown-skinned or otherwise possibly Chicano is a travesty of justice.


I ask that the United States Supreme Court please end this travesty, and move on to ending the other federal actions taken to limit the Constitutional rights of U.S. citizens. Thank you for upholding your oath of office and being an uncorruptible judge staunchly determined to extend our freedoms; not limit them!

Ethnic groups have been targeted throughout the history of this country. There is NO PLACE for racism or hatred. It is time for our Legislators to speak out. Targeting someone because of their skin color or ethnicity is wrong on every count. I STAND WITH JUSTICE, NOT RACISM OR HATE.
