The crystallization of the public mind is made complete by inserting the lie and misconception first into the mind with advertising campaigns. Once a lie and misconception is in place in the imagination of the public there is a great difficulty in removing the stain of the lie. They, as well as the evil propagandists of old such as Gobbels twist the works of Edward Bernays, the nephew of Sigmund Freud, who developed modern advertising and propaganda in the understanding of his Uncle’s knowledge of the human psyche. All advertising is based on Bernays’ book, the Crystallizing Public Opinon. Goebbels followed Bernays’ book so avidly that his triumph in harnessing the hatred of the German population at the Jewish Community prompted his remark of “Crystallnacht” during the night of terror against the Jewish Community, and it did not refer to broken glass – it referred to his devotion to the work “Crystallizing Public Opinion” by Edward Bernays. It is well accepted that the only lasting victory of the NAZI regime was Goebbel’s ability to crystallize the German popular hatred against the Jewish Community.
