The only criteria Wal-Mart uses to make any decision is greed and absolute maximization of profits for the Walton family no matter who is hurt. There is nothing wrong with a business maximizing profits unless it is on the backs of the poor working class. There are many businesses who are very profitable who treat their employees well. -
