Jj commented on Get Your FAQ on Deferred Action Answered! 2013-12-27 11:10:09 -0800I submitted my DACA application on Oct 09, 2012, I have called several times since then with no success. I called again in Oct 2013 and let them know that it had been a year since I submitted my application without any sort of action on USCIS’ part then they sent me an RFE that I have yet to receive, neither did or my attorney receive such notice. I called again and let them know that I never got the RFE and the said that they would put in a request for a new RFE to be sent out, its been two months and I have not received anything. I have tried to call them since then and I have just been told that all I can do is wait because I can not put in a service request.
