Nelson are supporting the private prison company CCA to build an ICE facility in Florida. Very disappointed. I am an active Democrat in north Florida as well as a member of the League of Women Voters. Leagues all over the U.S. are studying privatization. I’ve studied private prisons for my league and find it lacking. Please say no to CCA. Listen to Florida.

The Obama Administration announced a change in the priorities for detentions and deportations, to focus on real national security concerns, not on separating parents from their children or deporting DREAMers who are only seeking a better future.
