We have allowed people into our country when it suited our desires for under paid work. And then we put in NAFTA and ruined their ability to farm. And then, for political purposes, we go after them, hound them and their families. America was BUILT by IMMIGRANTS. We need them and they need us. Don’t let the likes of Steve King and his cohorts ruin this policy. We need a sensible, humane and workable reform bill and we need to quit ruining peoples lives in their own countries.
