Take a look at what has happened elswhere. I live in a state, Michigan, where unemployed people here will not work in the fields because the work is too hard and when they do go out they are very inefficient and still cause loss to the farmers. Right now we are facing the possibility of thousand of pounds of asparagus going down because the farmwrorkers fear the indiscriminate raids by ICE. Even the workers who are legal can bge detained until they can produce all the right paperwork.
