The People do not give any police or military powers to any for profit organizations that have a vested interest in expanding and continuing their services and will lobby government to do so.
You are accountable only to your constituents and derive all of your powers by the consent of the People that constitute the electorate.
No branch of government has any legitimacy unless it is doing the business of the People, for the People and by the elected representatives of the people. This includes the Executive and Judicial branches of government as well as the Representative branch.

The Obama Administration announced a change in the priorities for detentions and deportations, to focus on real national security concerns, not on separating parents from their children or deporting DREAMers who are only seeking a better future.
