I am asking you to research the behavior of Corrections Corporation of America and find out what role they have played in financially benefitting by anti-immigrant laws such as Arizona;s SB 1070, as well as the ones that have since also cropped up in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. What role has ALEC played with CCA and these laws being passed in these states. Then after careful consideration of this inofrmation, please explain to your constituency why and what your decision and vote will be. AT this time, your position appeasr to taint you and place you in a very negative light as well as the entire Democratic Party of which you are their current chair. This is too important to be swept under the rug.
