It is not like someone with a passion for Corrections wants to start a business. It is business people looking for sources of profit. That is their focus, their number one priority. This must be reversed. Their number one priority must be excellence in Corrections; a drive to lessen the population; a drive for reform and care. This is about money, money, money.
The Corrections industry is going backwards in time. Prisons are over populated. Reform is a last priority only to get dollars to increase profit.Debbie: Say No To CCA!

The Obama Administration announced a change in the priorities for detentions and deportations, to focus on real national security concerns, not on separating parents from their children or deporting DREAMers who are only seeking a better future.
