Christopher Hathaway signed I Pledge Support Wal-Mart Workers on Black Friday via Christopher Hathaway 2012-11-21 18:16:02 -0800I pledged to boycott WalMart a long time ago. What disturbs me most about this video is the revelation of how bad the conditions are for WalMart warehouse workers. No company that treats its employees this badly deserves the support of anyone.

Christopher Hathaway signed Side With Justice Over Racism! 2012-04-26 08:57:38 -0700Before watching this video, I had never heard of John Tanton. However, I am unfortunate enough to have come across many people like him. The brief clip you showed of Joe Arpaio saying it was “an honor” to be branded KKK or somesuch is fairly characteristic of this type of regressive mentality. We forget who we are——-a nation of immigrants. I think of a cartoon from decades ago in the old Saturday Review magazine, showing two North American natives sitting on a high rock on what looks like the Massachusettes coast (probably sometime in the 17th century), watching two English ships come into port. “Damned illegal aliens!” says one to the other.
Side With Justice Over Racism!
The United States Supreme Court is hearing arguments in Arizona v. United States, the Obama administration’s challenge to Arizona’s anti-immigration law, SB1070. What they won't be hearing is what and who has fueled this discriminatory legislation.
Will justice triumph over racial profiling and discrimination fueled by supremacist and nativist fringe groups? We need to stand together in this most pressing time.
We need to show that together we reject this hate agenda.Sign the pledge stating that YOU side with justice over racism!

Christopher Hathaway signed Debbie: Say No To CCA! 2012-04-10 19:33:51 -0700Debbie, either listen to your constituents or GET THE HELL OUT OF PUBLIC OFFICE——— N O W ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Debbie: Say No To CCA!
Why is FL Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz siding with the Corrections Corporation of America and not her constituents in Southwest Ranches? 98% of her constituents DO NOT want a new for-profit immigrant detention center!
Add signatureIMMIGRANTS ARE NOT FOR SALE
We call on Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-20) to WITHDRAW her current endorsements for CCA’s project.
The Obama Administration announced a change in the priorities for detentions and deportations, to focus on real national security concerns, not on separating parents from their children or deporting DREAMers who are only seeking a better future.
It is time for ICE to stop the immigrant money making machine and tell CCA to GO AWAY from Southwest Ranches.THIS PETITION IS NOW CLOSED - WE REACHED OUR GOAL!!! But feel free to leave your comment!
