I applied for DACA on November 9th, 2012, as today 10/18/2013 I haven’t received my work permit yet. I received a letter asking for evidence on June 8th, and I got all my evidence and submitted it on July 28th. the due date for my letter was august 13,2013. As this moment I have place two e-request, but I just get letter saying that it’s in progress and that they understand the inconvenience.
What else can I do, I try to reach by phone, but they say I need to talk to an officer, and that there was no officers available at that time.Get Your FAQ on Deferred Action Answered!
