This is simply a ruse to herd these poor people into CCA/other privately managed facilities in Louisiana, thereby stuffing the pockets of CCA and similar companies.
It is pathetic that the DNC Chair is backing such a proposal. It’s not enough that a Democratic Senate with 60 Dems was unable to pass comprehensive immigration reform. Now we have to add insult to injury with this craziness. Enough already!Debbie: Say No To CCA!
