The United States Supreme Court is hearing arguments in Arizona v. United States, the Obama administration’s challenge to Arizona’s anti-immigration law, SB1070. What they won't be hearing is what and who has fueled this discriminatory legislation.
Will justice triumph over racial profiling and discrimination fueled by supremacist and nativist fringe groups? We need to stand together in this most pressing time.

WE need to change policies which means simplifying some of the dizzying Government and bureaucratic paperwork which was mainly created by lawyers to keep them in business, the same way that insurance policies are so convoluted to keep adjusters in business. Immigration reform along with getting the word out to immigrants in Mexico that they will not make it through by using both sides of the law is going to be the only way to solve the problem. Must use undercover agents at all levels to reduce incarceration and deportation levels. This will not only cut down arrests, but save money spent. It would be great to give our enforcement agents medals for saving ICE money over number of arrests or kills an officer makes. This kind of policy would make the whole immigration profiling a moot point.
